This time we are more focus on the local Taiwanese Associations as we see their potential to bring their annual conference abroad. Our aim is also to encourage more cooperation or partnership between Taiwanese and Thai associations or institutions which will be beneficial to both countries in the long run. With that TCEB is offering special incentives for conventions to be held in Thailand, through the Connect campaign, which offer Taiwanese some special service and financial support for cultural and reception. For the convention from Taiwanese with 200 people where 80% are from Taiwan, TCEB offers support in the amount of 300,000 Baht per event as to ensure that the event in Thailand will be memorable. Besides our special incentive for Taiwanese convention as mentioned, TCEB still provide regular financial and non-financial supports to other conventions from Taiwan which may not fall into the criteria for the special package. Other conventions should contact TCEB directly to receive more information about the support.
