Ban Haw is a community of Chinese descendants from Yunnan province who have lived in the heart of Chiang Mai for over 100 years. Their distinct culture is also demonstrated through halal Chinese food such as clear noodle soup, beef curry, and Yunnan dumplings. Here, visitors can learn about the community’s history through their delicious cuisine while immersing in their culture at Ban Haw mosque.
